Will's Pulled Pork Deliciousness

Alright this is a week late, but I have a picture of it so I might as well post it. Will made pulled pork sliders last week for the Husky basketball game, and it was amazing how simple and delicious it was. He put a 3 pound pork shoulder in the crock-pot with onions, garlic, fat tire, jalapenos, and Anaheim peppers, and let it work it's magic for about 7 hours. When the meat was ready, he pulled it off the bone (or it slid off rather), strained the liquid and added BBQ sauce. I made coleslaw, adding sour cream, cilantro, red onion, garlic and jalapeno to a pre-shredded cabbage/carrot mix. Which by the way, is totally worth it. Not that I don't admire those who buy 2 types of cabbage and shred it, and julien carrots but come on, why?

Anyway, the crock-pot continues to impress, now on to superbowl grub.
