Summer Sips

One of my new favorite cocktail ingredients has got to be Dry Soda. This stuff is already great on it's own and used as a splash in a summer sip, it's even better. Last night I experimented with lemon grass, along with lemon, mint, gin and another new favorite, Cointreau. It's fresh and clean, has just the right amount of sweetness, I highly recommend trying!
